Mission Statement
The mission of Waverly Riptide is to provide district 145 youth a safe and effective pathway to building integrity, discipline, respect, and leadership through the game of baseball, with hopes of preparing them with the character that create a quality and productive member of society.
Building the Foundation
Riptide is committed to developing our boys into disciplined, confident young men—building not just strong baseball players, but strong individuals. Through a close partnership with Waverly High School coaches, we go beyond the fundamentals of the game to instill structure, accountability, and purpose. Our approach fosters a culture of hard work, coachability, and respect—for teammates, coaches, and the game itself—while strengthening the connection between our players, families, and the broader baseball community.

Our programs are built to develop confident, independent learners—both on and off the field. We also believe in the power of teamwork beyond the game, which is why we include opportunities for players and parents to grow together.
